Young diplomats of Azerbaijan are on a two-day visit to NATO Headquarters
On 12–13 May 2026, another two-day visit by a group of young diplomats from different departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to NATO Headquarters began.
As part of the visit to NATO Headquarters in Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium, the young diplomats are participating in seminars organized by NATO on topics including the Alliance’s current agenda, its partnerships, practical cooperation with partner countries, public messaging, approach to energy security and resilience.
Within the framework of the visit, the young diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs also participated in seminars at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Kingdom of Belgium on the topics of SHAPE’s structure, the Alliance’s current operations, and its role in international peace and security.
As part of the visit, it is also planned for the young diplomats to visit the Mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to NATO.
